All exercises for all people should be custom. Group exercise is no exception. At Momentum, we limit our group exercise classes to a maximum of four people to ensure they remain customized to each participant. If you are looking for a fun and more affordable (but still customized) workout, then a small exercise group is right for you.
Although not mandatory, we recommend that all our group members complete a minimum of six one-on-one personal training sessions. This is important because it allows our qualified personal trainers to get to know you, your goals, and possible limitations.
The information that we gather from these one-on-one personal training sessions will be valuable as we instruct and progress you in a safe yet challenging manner.
